Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Strategy
    Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in residential and commercial real estate projects. Identify market trends, new business opportunities, and potential clients to expand the company’s footprint.
  • Sales & Client Relations
    Oversee the sales function to ensure timely achievement of targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners. Manage negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the property buying process.
  • Project Coordination
    Collaborate with project, design, and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and as per client expectations. Act as a bridge between management and operational teams.
  • Financial Oversight
    Monitor project budgets, revenue pipelines, and profitability. Prepare regular business performance reports for promoters/investors. Ensure cost optimization and effective resource utilization.
  • Marketing & Brand Development
    Work closely with the marketing team to strengthen brand presence, design campaigns, and execute promotional activities to attract leads and investors.
  • Team Leadership
    Recruit, train, and mentor sales and business development teams. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-first service.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7–12 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or property management.
  • Proven expertise in business management with P&L responsibility.
  • Strong track record in client relationship management, sales strategy, and partnership development.
  • Good understanding of real estate markets, regulatory frameworks, and investment trends.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth in a competitive market.
